The "Summit Estates Portal Committee" to ensure the association's smooth transition to a new software platform. The committee will be responsible for communication, feedback collection, support and training during the transition. For example, the committee will communicate changes in software and processes, gather resident input, organize training sessions, and implement new features.

The committee will help residents adapt to the new software and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction and engagement. V

 

Volunteers will be needed for a six-month commitment. Volunteers will be needed for 2–3 months to customize the software and establish workflows, and for 2–3 months to provide resident support and training.
