The Association has completed the replacement of the back gate barrier arm following recent wear and reliability concerns. The new arm features upgraded hardware, improved durability, and faster response times for residents entering and exiting the community. Management thanks homeowners for their patience during the brief service window.

Phase one includes proposed decorative streetlights along the Bluesky Way perimeter and continued evaluation of long-term safety planning.
